who's it for?
Run for a minimum of 8 weeks, during your sporting organizations Off Season, this program is perfect for local sporting clubs to offer there junior teams.
The Off Season is an opportunity to diversify, and what better way then to become a better Athlete. Improve fitness components such as; strength, mobility, endurance, speed, & agility, and have yourself ready to be the best version of yourself come round one of the season.
what's included?
- FREE Initial Assessment - Includes; Program induction, goal setting, and fitness testing battery.
- Two weekly Training Sessions - One field based and one gym based training session per week.
- Individualized & Progressive Training Programs - The minimum 8 week program will ensure you complete at least two phases of training.
- High Level Coaching - Athletes will walk away having the understanding and knowledge to implement the resources and tools provided themselves.

- Initial Assessment - Free.
- Two weekly Training Sessions - $10.00 per training session.
- Individualized & Progressive Training Programs - $40.00 - to be paid up front.
- Total Cost - $200.00 (for 8 weeks) - payment plans or up front payment will be accepted for training sessions.
